William H. Grace

In January of 1971, William H. Grace made a New Years resolution to begin a volunteer Fire Department in the City of Willow Park. He served as the first Fire Marshall/Chief. 27 citizens showed up for the organizational meeting and became charter members of the Willow Park Volunteer Fire Department.
