New Open Records Request Portal

The City of Willow Park is now live with our new Gov QA portal for open records requests. Not only can you use it to request documents, it will allow you to track the status of your requests and will notify you when your documents are ready for review. This portal will be the method going forward for city hall, the police department, and the fire department. You can explore the Public Records Center and make requests here:
